Get Covid-19 vaccination. I did. If is far far safer than Covid. Post-menopausal brownish discharge is an indication of bleeding from the genital tract. By not going to the doctor, you are delaying the diagnosis and adding to your anxiety. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!

It appears you need help to overcome your anxieties. Seeing a therapist is a great way to start. It is good to be cautious, but not good to have irrational fears. You need to talk this out with a professional.
