My son put something silver round like in his ear and it's inside now. should we rush him to the hospital? will it come out what do we do?

No rush: This happens occasionally & is no emergency. If the item does not fall out on its own over time you can contact his doc & see if they have the equipment to remove it. Depending on the kids age & the type of item sometimes they must take these kids to the operating room & remove these under anesthesia. It is an elective procedure that can be done when time permits.
