Yes. : Take him to the hospital. Sounds like a concussion, but could be more especially with the vomiting. Be safe.

To the ER now: Vomiting and excessive sleeping after head trauma are signs of pressure on the brain. There are other things that can also cause those symptoms, like the flu, but let the professionals decide if there is a problem.
