See an ENT: specialist, if you haven't already, if you did , keep the follow up or seek a second opinion. Meanwhile, if it is ETD, it can be helped by saline nasal washes, and OTC steroid nasal spray, till you get to see the specialist, but read the labels carefully, good luck
