COVID-19 and RAAS : No, according to recent statement from American Heart Association, the patients with cardiovascular disease should continue ACEI or ABR as prescribed. WHO also doesn't recommend avoiding ibuprofen for patients with COVID-19 Symptoms, although the use of acetaminophen could be an alternative option.

COVID 19: Several professional groups recommended against changing treatment with RAAS inhibitors (on the basis of COVID risk). The issue is still being reviewed. The World Health Organization previously advised against use of NSAID's (like Ibuprofen) but has now reversed that recommendation.
