I took ibuprofen the night before my morning bivalent covid booster. i took two 200 gram pills around 11:30pm and then received my vax at 10am. will this effect immune response? totally forgot and previously read you shouldnt take before vax?

No, taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen before the vaccination does not affect your body's immune response to the vaccination. You are fine and you can take either med for local pain, body aching or fever due to the vaccine in the first 2 days.
