I have a very itchy bump on my left pinky toe which gets irritated when my foot gets warm. it hasn't spread anywhere else and flares up every now and then over the past two years. it can get so itchy it wakes me from key sleep.

Itchy corn: I assume that you have a corn on that toe that may get itchy when the skin is dry. I assume your foot wear is ok. A podiatrist could check this for you and advise you. In the meantime try applying a moisturizer.
