No harm likely: Adults that are healthy rarely get complications of hand foot and mouth disease so the risk to the baby in very small. You can't do anything if you have it except take care of yourself. However, unless you get more bumps on hands and feet it is not like HFMD.

See MD: See your MD. If you only have one itchy bump on your palm and not on the soles of your feet or on your mouth unlikely to be coxsackie virus. Take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and see your MD.
