Observe: An inbox consultation may be helpful. You may upload the images for review by a HT physician. You may have a primary or secondary pneumonia. The Azithromycin will treat a bacterial infection. If you are producing sputum, a culture may be sent. Watch for fever, worsening cough and shortness of breath. Drink fluids,rest and please follow up.
