Test: You both should stay at home, avoid contact, drink fluids and rest. Monitor her temperature. The travel history warrants staying at home for 14 days, arranging a virtual appointment and I would suggest a screening test for Coronavirus. She may need a repeat chest image, particularly if there is a fever.
