Pain/headache: In addition ER Doc's suggestions, consider also TMJ, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Bell's Palsey. You may want to see a Dental specialist in Oral Medicine.

Sinus or tooth: You may have a tooth infection. See a dentist. Infection from tooth may be pressing on a nerve in your bone, causing the tooth pain and the numbness. Have seen it 100 times.

Can not : rule out a slight trigeminal neuritis. Consult your dentist for further evaluation.
