PCP: Your PCP would be best to coordinate in case you need to see an allergy specialist. Depending upon where you live the closest office may be in a neighboring bigger city as allergy specialists are scarce and in high demand.

I've had a inner lower swollen lip for a little over 3 years now and not 1 out of 8 different specialists have any ideas. Allergist doesn't think it's allergy related, ENT, GP, dermatologist, rheumatologist, dentist think it is. RIDICULOUS!!?
