Drug interaction: Nortriptyline and bupropion combo increase risk for seizure. Bupropion and hydrochlorothiazide causes dizziness, headache, lightheadedness and fainting. Even if her doctor is not available, there should be a doctor on call for her doctor or go to a minor ER for evaluation.
