Was prescribed zoloft today for my anxiety, doctor said it was a good pill. im kinda scared to take it. its a low dose one 50mg. i just need some reassurance?

Zoloft is a very effective medication for anxiety, depression and numerous other mental health issues. It has been used for decades and has a great safety profile. There are some common side effects you may notice when starting the medication including nausea and mild insomnia and pass after a few days.
