You might try by getting a calendar and creating a plan. Two days on followed by one off then 2 on 1 off for a while. If successful go to on every other for a while, then on every 3rd then just off. You can try substituting simple sleep aids like Benadryl that take an hour or so to kick in but is mostly out of your system in 4 hours
