Need in person visit: The appropriate contraceptive choice for anyone is based on many factors. Past & current history, family history (clotting disorders) , duration of need, family plans, exam, etc. . An IUD may also fit your need. I would arrange to visit an OBGYN to discuss your specific needs & options.
