Med doses: Both meds dose should not be increased very quickly especially nortryptline and doses should not be missed not sure if she is taking any other meds and just started these meds should adjust the dose over days slowly at times increased dose can cause worsening of anxiety taking at night is easier to avoid some common side effects but should be consistent with time taking meds hope it's helpful.
