Grown up: Says you are 21, so you are responsible for your health and care. If you cannot explain to your mother successfully your symptoms and concerns, then you need to go on your own for evaluation to see what can be done to help with your symptoms before they worsen.

Get thee to the doc.: Unless you are incapacle of driving, or have other problems with moving, get yourself into your primary care physician, since you are an adult. Or, get into the community mental health system.
