Need gyn evaluation: If the strings of your Mirena are easily visible or palpable, if your blood betaHCG pregnancy test is negative and your gyn evaluation/sonographic exam is otherwise normal, it is very unlikely that your symptoms are "related to the Mirena". Consult your gynecologist ASAP.
