I have a mirena iud and i have been having pain in my stomach above my navel and ons the bottom right side. i have also been nauseous and dizzy. could this be related to the mirena?

Need gyn evaluation: If the strings of your Mirena are easily visible or palpable, if your blood betaHCG pregnancy test is negative and your gyn evaluation/sonographic exam is otherwise normal, it is very unlikely that your symptoms are "related to the Mirena". Consult your gynecologist ASAP.
