Mirena (levonorgestrel) removal: Could be , may also be variation after removal of BC device with hormone. Would check blood HCG as it is more sensitive, if neg wait a week or two and repeat (if no pain). Consider may have infection if other discharge or pain and may consider sonogram,if no period in 2-3 weeks to r/o ectopic. If abdominal pain go to ER within 24 hours.

Difficult timing: It's going to be difficult to interpret the results of your HPT under the circumstance of not knowing EXACTLY when your expected menstrual period should be coming since HPT's are designed to be most accurate starting the first day AFTER your expected period date. With Mirena (levonorgestrel) being removed and your not having gotten back to normal periods yet this will be difficult.
