Hello the past week i have had a sore bottom, some days i am unable to sit down. i can't see any visible abscess, haemorrhoids. i have no blood or pain in my stools or when i urinate. sometimes it feels like burning sensation on bum and scrotum. ?

Neuropathic: Among others, shingles with a very faint rash or no rash yet is possible. Having an exam with your doc would be a good idea in this context as unexplained pain should always be investigated.
