Prostatitis: Prostatitis is usually a febrile illness with perineal or low back pain associated with chills and myalgia. Dysruia, frequency , hesitancy may be present. Urinary retention common especially in older men. Your prostate should have been boggy and tender.

Hello the past week I have had a sore bottom, some days I am unable to sit down. I can't see any visible abscess, haemorrhoids. I have no blood or pain in my stools or when I urinate. Sometimes it feels like burning sensation on bum and scrotum. ?
