A member asked:

If people with covid-19 are tested and diagnosed earlier, does that improve their likelihood of survival?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Covid-19: Probably not. Likelihood of survival has mostly to do with age and underlying medical conditions, ie, age greater than 65, hypertension, diabetes, obesity increases risk. Remember that more than 95% of patients have mild illness.
