My wife's sister has tested positive for covid 19 and they were in physical contact 7 days ago. my wife (nadia) started feeling typical flu symptoms about 5 days ago, the symptoms have mostly improved except for the difficulty to breathe and fatigue?

COVID 19 : You all need to keep isolated. Don't leave your room unless you need medical help. Difficulties breathing is a concerning symptom a doctor should be evaluated by a doctor.

Wife may have COVID: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
