My right breast has sudden become stiff.i had implants done 14years ago.mammogram shows fluid around right implant.suspect intracapsular leak of prosthesis.is it possible implant tobe leaking but not deflate?does it require immed removal? treatment?

Breast implant ?'s: If this sudden "stiffness" is related to a leak (usually due to inadvertent trauma) see your implant surgeon for an ultrasound and revision of the implant.
