Not that easy: I would need more information to make a recommendation. How old are your implants? How extensive is the rupture? Is the implant over or under the muscle? Many of these will influence the recommendations to be made, . It is possible for the silicone to leak into the breast milk but the truth is that the conpsequences of this are likely to be few, if any. Formula has 400 x the silicone of breast milk.
