Please, can you help me diagnose if i have anxiety and what the level of my anxiety is? how can i get treatment? fear and trauma is some of the causes.

Best: Anxiety accompanies a variety of medical and psychiatric conditions and an exam with detailed history is recommended in order to sort things out. Best would be to start with your PCP as the history is also critical, fear and trauma suggest post traumatic stress disorder.
