Have no Fear: Getting a seizure from a anxiety attack is extraordinarily rare. Stay calm and make sure that you are not hyperventilating (breathing too fast). Too rapid breathing can reduce your co2 levels causing your nerves to become overly alkaline. Excess alklainity than can lead to nerve irritabilty and taken too an extreme perhaps a seizure. Learn to breath through your lower abd. Study yoga, mediation.
