I have from my neck to my left shoulder. i have seen both physio and chiropractors but stiff seem to be sufferring pain that's sometimes is too intense to manage. what should be my next step?

Neck pain: If you have gone to physical therapy and continue to have neck pain get rechecked. I am not quite sure what imaging you have had. However, if persistent symptoms getting rechecked would be the thing to do. Talk to your doctor it may be helpful to see a neurologist.
