From a chiropractor, is it bad to crack your back while still going to a chiro and getting adjusted? suffer from upper back, shoulder, neck pain.

Too much: Self manipulation on top of chiro manipulation can cause unwanted laxity in the joints of your spine. If you have not had a course of formal physical therapy, i would recommend that as your next step. You need to address the muscular component of your pain as well. I would recommend pt outside of where you are getting your chiro care. It is good to get a different approach. Talk to your pcp.

Thank you. : For providing a perfect example of why one should avoid chiropractors. They hooked you in for recurrent treatments, charged you a lot of money and find yourself no better. Unfortunate that it took so long for you to realize it was a scam. See a real Doctor, preferably a neurologist or spine surgeon ( or both ). Surgery only as a last result of nothing else works
