PT: Physical therapy might help. Are you doing heavy lifting with that arm? It does not need that. Have you tried ice or heat? Have you tried regular use of therapeutic doses of Ibuprofen or Naproxen ? Are you sleeping on your left side? Did you injure your shoulder? Have you tried sleeping on your back with your left arm slightly supported? Good luck! shoulders can hurt!
