Depends on details: The rest of the story is needed, because a lab result numbers have almost no meaning without knowing the rest of a person's medical history. One's regular doctor, who knows why a blood test was ordered and who has examined the patient, can be helpful here. Thus, the main issues are, "Which doctor ordered the test, what exactly was the test, and why was the test done?"
