My haemoglobin =14.3, mcv=68.7, mch=20.9, mchc=30.4 , what does this result mean? do i have anemia? my doctor didn't tell me anything, please help

Dr. Agos Luca answered

See below...: Hb at the lower end of normal (14.0-17.5 g/dl). Mcv low (normal: 80-96 fl/red cell). Mch low (normal: 27-33 pg/cell). Mchc low (normal: 33-36 g/dl). These results indicate hypochromic microcytosis but no significant anemia, at least not yet. Most common causes: iron deficiency, lead intoxication, sideroblastic anemia. Please discuss with your doctor before starting any treatment.
