Hello, ive had pain in my chest for over a month. at times, especially when im stressed, it feels like a heart attack. i went for an ecg & blood tests and heart issues were ruled out. a dr said costochondritis/pleurisy.what specialist should i see?

GP: Your GP should be able to make recommendations and in case a specialist would be needed a referral will likely be made, depending on the actual cause for the pain.

Pulmonology: A chest image may be helpful. If you continue to have pain, localized heat and ibuprofen may be used. Please follow up with a lung specialist and also consider having a TB test.
