Yes: The question is not can it happen, but the probability of it happening. It sounds like you are under the care of a cardiologist. If s/he indicates this is an unlikely event than ask for a referral to the proper healthcare professional from him/her.

After all these cardiac tests,the probability is low. Try to reduce all cardiac risk factors- diet mediterranean diet etc
