I am planning on getting breast augmentation (b to dd). my surgeon (at a very well respected hospital) is recommending implants above the muscle. i thought it was better below the muscle r/t decreased risk of capsular contracture. thoughts on this?

Breast implants ?: It may seem tempting to aspire to a "DD" from a "B", but any acquired benefit from this kind of change is balanced by problems associated with the size attained. Best results are with implants beneath the pectoral muscles. Get a second opinion.
