I am 25 years old, don't smoke, don't suffer from any chronic disease, but experienced lately a heart rate of 150. is that concerning? thank you for your time.

Cardiologist: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggest an abnormal heart beat/arrhythmia. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a cardiologist.
Wish you good health!
