my wbc is slightly low around 3 and i have brusing around both my eyes. my rbc and platelets are low normal. do you think i could have a leukemia that staying in the bone morrow? please give me guidance on what i should do?

Pancytopenia: Pan- all the 3 cell types-Wbc, RBC and platelets ./Cyto- cells/ Penia- less in number. Condition you have is pancytopenia. Bruising around your eyes is from low platelets. There are various causes for pancytopenia like few viral infections, environmental agents,medication induced,nutritional deficiencies -B12,folate,copper def., autoimmune diseases like lupus,leukemia,lymphoma. See a hematologist

Probably not: High and low all relative. Is this percentage? What is total wbc? How high are platelets? Without numbers hard to say much more.
