Sure. But REALLY need to have a long talk with your Hematologist/Oncologist. May be hard for him/her to make the time, but this is the wrong forum for that discussion

I had bone marrow biopsy and Chromosome- Crytogenics and FISH testing done because of anemia RBC and platelets were low. Platelets restored but RBC did not. My test were all normal. Could I have chronic myeloid leukemia or would it be seen in testing?
What could cause abnormally low levels of rbc, wbc, and platelets? Aplastic anemia, mds, leukemia have been ruled out via bm biopsy.
If you had a negative MDS and AML Panel chromosome and fish panel in 2021 can those panels be positive one year later? Still having anemia low platelets low white cell. No spleen enlargement. Dr. believes it is Myelofibrosis?
