I recently had routine cbc. absolute eosinophils came back high at 712. wbc 7.1, rbc 4.81, hemoglobin 13.8, platelets 301, mchc 32.2 which is borderline normal. i had cold/ little cough few days ago. can this be leukemia or something dangerous?

A blood smear analysis may provide additional information. Allergic reaction may be one condition associated if there is no fever. Request an IgE and blood allergy testing as indicated after seeing your physician. If allergic, an antihistamine may be indicated.
