Head trauma: Please see your doctor who may refer you to a neurologist. Please do not jump to conclusions because these symptoms may not be related to your previous positive response to surgery. Peace and good health.

Emergency care: You may have a sinus infection, but given your history, I would advise seeing the Emergency department and calling your PCP.
