No you aren't: The brain is completely insensitive to pain. Whatever you're feeling, it has nothing to do with the lobes of the brain. Not sure what you mean by "penetrating skull." Your question is only the beginning of the diagnostic process, not the end. If you want an answer, see your doctor.
