Tibc 247 (250-450) uibc 173 (131-425) iron 74 (27-159) iron sat 30 (15-55) ferritin 195 (15-150) any ideas as to what this means? dr had no clue. referred me to hematologist. dr literally said i dont know what these numbers mean.

No context: In the absence of clinical context, your iron studies look normal, with ferritin being slightly elevated. This is commonly seen in inflammatory conditions and is non specific.

Normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are in the normal range. Wish you good health!
