I have hereditary hemachromatosis. recent iron panel tibc 295, uibc 196, iron 99, iron sat 34% serum ferritin 47
last phlebotomy was 3 mo ago. do these numbers mean maintenance? or is saturation still to high?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results suggest good control of the disorder. Wish you good health!
