Good day i had a laparoscopy done on wednesday afternoon. i have pain meds but i am currently constipated and very gassing but nothing comes out. i only have a follow up with the doctor in the next two days as its the weekend. please advise?

Fiber and water: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
