Endoscopy showed low enzymes level in duodenum. i had no symptoms other than stomach pain and its now gone. anything i need to do about those enzymes?

Enzyme deficiency: Low pancreatic enzymes in the duodenal juices indicate pancreatic insufficiency. This is manifested by inability of the body to absorb nutrients causing diarrhea and weight loss. Malabsorption of fat soluble vitamins D, A, E and K occurs. I assume alcohol abuse hasn't injured your pancreas. I recommend taking pancreatic supplements if your MD also agrees it's advisable.
