Get Another opinion: Your doctor may be right but BP of 180/75 needs to be addressed get a socond opinion if you feel that is appropriate.

I have heart BPM of about 75 average according to my blood pressure machine (is this ok?) but my phone app says in the 90's and once 142!, go to doc?
Should blood pressure always be taking at heart level? Mine reads high if taken below it and reads low if above the heart. Doc says mine is high.
