Iriitis: Most of the time the cause of iritis is unknown, but there are many causes. I dont think pregnancy can affect the blood work.

Yes and no: Pregnancy does alter some test results. But tests for uveitis usually are not altered by pregnancy. I definitely recommend to get all the tests especially for parasites, like toxoplasmosis that may have an effect on the baby. You should also have a dental exam for deep tooth infections.
