Colicky ruq pain since july, now back(t7'ish)/flank/diaphragm pain. (-) blood work and (-) ct/u/s/cxr. urine dip (+) bili & protein, sweats/myalgias.

GB function test: I'd suggest a hida scan w cck injection. You may not have gallstones but you could have a poorly functioning gallbladder. If your ejection fraction is lower than 36% then you need to consider cholecystectomy. In the meantime, eat a low fat diet. Good luck.
