I'm 5'5. 31 year old female weigh 141.4 pounds. healthy no conditions. lost 31 pounds over 7 months. i plateaued and decreased my food intake to 1200 -1500. working out 30-60 mins 4 times a week. lost 2.2 pounds this week. is this healthy?

Weight loss: Did you see your GP for a physical before starting your weight loss program? As with all treatments that cause major physiologic change, your program should be under a Physician's supervision. While your goals are admirable, it's not wise to do this unsupervised.
